﷽
A woman on hayd may recite the Quran from memory or from a non-mushaf, such as a phone or tablet.
If she is a teacher or student of the Quran, she may touch the Quran.
When the hayd ends, these exceptions are lifted and she cannot touch nor recite until a ghusl is taken.
An important condition: if she combines between janaba and hayd, the janaba rules would override the hayd rules and these exceptions would not apply; she cannot recite nor touch the mushaf.
And Allah knows best.
